結構特點
1.本結構為緊縮圓盤傳動的滑移式單端面集裝式機械密封，避免安裝時泵的軸向調節對機封壓縮量的影響
2.本結構采用獨特節流環形式，最大限度防止泵啟動時出現干摩擦現象，摩擦副采用整體SiC，抗震動性能增強。
3.采用導流套結構型式，能使有限的沖洗水導入密封面位置進行充分潤滑。
使用說明
1.機械密封一般為連續運轉，如確需停機，則必須沖洗密封腔，使之不能結疤粘死，影響機械密封元件的浮動性。
2.安裝時，應在軸套內孔及O形密封圈上涂潤滑油，以利安裝。
3.密封腔體和后護板盡可能敞開，密封面對葉輪盡可能靠近，避免漿料淤積在密封面周圍導致機封失效。
4.定期對機械密封內部注入少量沖洗水，避免密封面在惡劣工況下運行。

Feature of structure:
1.This structure is single-end integrated sliding mechanical sealing transmitted by compact round disc,which prevents from the impact of axial adjustment of pump on compression of mechanical sealant in the course of installation.
2.Unique throttle ring is adopted in this structure, which prevents dry friction to the maximum when the pump is started with intergrated SiC, which enhances vibration resistance performance.
3.Flow guide sleeve is adopted which enables limited rinsing water to be led to sealing surface for sufficient lubrication.
Directions:
1.Generally mechanical sealant runs continuously. If the machine is required to stop running,sealing cavity shall be cleared clean to prevent it from being binded hard,which will affect floating property of mechanically sealed parts.
2.Prior to installation, inner hole of shaft sleeve and O ring shall be applied with lubricant so that it can be installed smoothly.
3.Sealing cavity and tail-board shall as open as possible, and sealing surface shall be as close to impeller as possible, preventing pulp from accumulating around the sealing surface, which will result in mechanical sealant losing its function.
4.A little rinsing water shall be filled into the mechanical sealant regularly to prevent sealing surface from running in poor working conditions.
